            OK. Until Groggo can sign up “Mrs Hammer” Hammer will be posting Mrs Hammers tips under his name.

            A Trial “Knocker-out” competition will kick off this Saturday and will get rid of a few weeks due to the availible Rockers signing up to play this year.
